Order Processing Time

Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. Note that shipping may take longer during special events or holidays.

- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Order Cancellation
- If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can assist you in cancelling the order. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order prior to delivery for a full refund.
