Warranty Terms

  • During the warranty period, complimentary accessories are included; however, the buyer is responsible for covering freight and maintenance expenses.
  • If you encounter any quality issues with other accessories upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days. Our company will promptly arrange a free replacement.
  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged when the courier delivers the package, please refuse to sign for it.
  • If the buyer signs for the package, it is assumed that there is no problem with the package, if the product is damaged after unpacking our company can not make a claim to the logistics company for related losses.
  • If the package is found to be damaged during non-contact delivery, please take a picture of the package before unpacking (the damaged part must be clear, and the photo must clearly show the express delivery information), and the take pictures of the product after unpacking.
  • In this case the claim to the logistics may not be successful, and it is recommended that the buyer try to provide the contact less delivery address.
  • Please note that quality issues arising after the expiration date are not covered by the warranty. In such cases, buyers are responsible for any necessary purchases at their own expense.
