Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

• E-bikes & Scooters: 3-8 business days (USA/UK/EU) or 3-10 business days (Canada/Australia).
• Accessories: 3-20 business days globally.

We offerFREE STANDARD SHIPPINGon all orders (including vehicles and accessories) to the USA, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Please note we do not ship to remote areas:NT, NU, YT in CanadaandNT, TAS, WA in Australia.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit ourOrder Trackingpage and enter your order ID to see real-time updates.

We currently acceptPayPalandKlarna. Through PayPal's secure gateway, you can also pay with major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Yes! We support flexible financing throughKlarna. This allows you to split your purchase into interest-free installments or pay later, making it easier to get your E-bike today.

Absolutely. Your transactions are processed through PayPal and Klarna's highly secure encrypted gateways. We do not store any of your private payment data on our servers.

We accept return applications within14 daysof delivery. To be eligible, the product must beunopened, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us within48 hourswith photos or videos. We will arrange for free replacement parts or a full exchange immediately.

Order cancellations are only accepted before the item has been shipped. If the item is already in transit, please refer to the "Cancellation" section in our Refund Policy for next steps.

We provide a1-year limited warrantyon our E-bikes and Scooters. This covers core manufacturing defects for theframe, motor, battery, controller, and display for 12 months. Other functional parts are covered for 6 months.

Most of our E-bikes come85%-95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. Each package includes the necessary tools and a manual.

In most regions, Class 1 and Class 2 E-bikes do not require a license, but regulations vary by country. We recommend checking your local traffic laws.
