The scooter works well when it does but I've changed the back tire so many times it messed the wires up on the motor and a new motor which is impossible to find ...I found one and it's 200 bucks for a new one what a waste I spent to much time amd money on this scooter to break down every other week...but when it does work it works great but gets old fixing it bought a new one hopefully it works better (different brand of course)
I purchased one of this, the S5 back in 2023. I like the scooter, but terrible Customer Service. I've been trying to get a replacement Safety Buckle X017-1/Y017-1/G017-1/GS017-1/S017-1 here in the USA for the past 6 months with no answer, I won't ride this scooter without this SAFETY. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW TO 5 STARS WHEN I GET THE A RESPONSE FROM JOYOR.

As you start going fast The battery starts the drain. My Intertube Pop for no reason? For the price this scooter isn't worth it.

Delving into its performance, we found the battery life to be commendable, having covered an impressive 91 miles thus far. With unequivocal confidence, I extend my highest recommendation of this scooter, particularly for teens seeking a thrilling and dependable ride.
This has been one of the best experiences I've had riding on a scooter. Very reliable, long lasting battery and made with durable material. Highly recommended. Had no issues, package was good. All items included. Not much required for assembly. Only some muscle because some parts are really tight to move.
