Warranty Policy

All EbikeScooterMall products are covered under our 1-2 year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. This policy ensures peace of mind for your green travel journey.

Warranty Registration: The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders in our shop. The warranty starts from the date the owner receives the product.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover the following circumstances:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Natural degradation of tires, brake pads, and chains through use.
  • User Abuse: Damage from accidents, stunting, racing, or improper storage.
  • Water Damage: Corrosion of electrical components due to exposure to moisture or immersion.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Any irreversible modification (drilling/welding) or 3rd-party software "rooting".
  • Free Gifts: All free accessories provided with a purchase are not covered by warranty.

4. Claims & Shipping Responsibilities

  • How to Claim: Send an email to EbikeScooterMall@gmail.com with your Order Number and photo/video evidence.
  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt with proof of damaged packaging.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Within 7 days of receipt: We cover parts and shipping.
    • After 7 days: We provide Free Parts, but the Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Labor: We do not reimburse labor charges for part replacements performed by 3rd-party shops.
