Warranty

All EbikeScooterMall products are covered under our 1 year limited warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects. We are committed to providing you with reliable support for your electric mobility experience.

Warranty Registration: The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders through our official store. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the product by the initial owner.

*DOA (Dead on Arrival) refers to items damaged or defective immediately upon delivery.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Natural degradation of consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, and chains through regular use.
  • User Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, stunting, racing, improper storage, or neglect.
  • Water & Corrosion: Damage to electrical components due to exposure to rain, immersion, or salt-air corrosion.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Any modification to the frame, motor, or controller software (rooting) not approved by us.
  • Promotional Items: All free gifts, accessories provided for free, and giveaways are not covered under warranty.

3. Claims & Shipping Responsibilities

  • How to Claim: Please email ebikescootermall@gmail.com with your Order Number and photo/video proof of the defect.
  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Damage reported after this window will be considered user-inflicted.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Within 7 days of receipt: We cover both the part and the shipping cost.
    • After 7 days of receipt: We provide Free Replacement Parts, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fees of the parts.
  • Labor: EbikeScooterMall does not cover or reimburse any labor charges incurred for part replacement performed by 3rd-party repair shops.

4. Special Note on Batteries

Batteries are complex components. Warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper charging, leaving the battery discharged for long periods, or using non-official chargers will void the warranty.
